End User License Agreement (EULA) for Protej

Important: Please read this agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using Protej software. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. License Grant:
The Author grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Protej software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") free of charge. The user is authorized to install and use the Software on any computer or device that they own or control.

2. Distribution and Availability:
The user is permitted to distribute, share, or make the Software available to others, provided that such distribution is not for commercial purposes and that the recipients agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

3. Intellectual Property:
The Author retains all intellectual property rights related to the Software. This license does not transfer any ownership rights of the Software.

4. Copyright Notice:
The user agrees not to remove or alter any copyright notice, warning, or label present in the Software.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability:
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty. The Author is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Term of Agreement:
This license is valid until terminated. The Author reserves the right to terminate this license at any time.

7. Applicable Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where the Author is based. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement.

8. Acceptance:
The user agrees to the terms of this agreement by downloading, installing, or using the Software. If the user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from downloading, installing, or using the Software.
